WHAT IS THE CITY BUT ITS PEOPLE

Everyone has a story, every story should have space to be told

WHAT IS THE CITY BUT ITS PEOPLE

Treating each portrait as a celebration of our humaneness and vulnerabilities,  our contradictions and our connectedness. It is through our stories, our differences and  connections that shape and feed the culture and identity of place and city.  it sounds simple , sounds sweet, but here lies some real strength and power.

Commissioned by MIF and formed part of the screen backdrop of  ‘What is the City But the People?’ A raised catwalk at the heart of Piccadilly Gardens Manchester,-  The opening event for Manchester International festival 2017
